Service
Trovlix provides TrovDigest, a notification digest tool that helps you consolidate and manage notifications. The service is provided as-is. We may change, improve, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
Your data
You retain full ownership of your data. We process it only to provide the service and never sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how we protect it.
Account & access
During beta, access is granted via early-access signup. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service. Do not use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
Intellectual property
All Trovlix branding, design, and code remain the property of Trovlix. Your content remains yours — we claim no ownership over data you process through the service.
Liability
Trovlix is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
